The head and the body keep filing different reports. One wants meaning, permanence, a story that adds up; the other simply wants. Peace arrives on the nights you stop forcing the two to agree and let each speak in its own language.
Most of the trouble comes from insisting they be the same thing. The body's yes and the heart's yes run on different clocks, and a lot of grief could be spared by letting each one be true without demanding it explain itself.
The music holds both at once, cerebral and physical in the same breath. A thinking melody over a groove that clearly is not thinking at all, head and hips agreeing to disagree.
This is the arc weighing head against body and finding no clean answer. Play it when you have stopped needing one.
